The Girl With The Purple Cane

My name is Megan Elaine, I'm a philosopher suffering from autoimmune arthritis, which means that I am essentially allergic to my joints. I've often been "undiagnosed" as "chronic pain, we know not what." I've tried ibuprofen, naproxen, sulindac, diclofenac, meloxicam, peroxicam, pregabalin, gabapentin, amitriptiline, prozac, (for when the doctors think it's actually fibro...) sulfasalazine, prednisone, Plaquenil and methotrexate, and medical marijuana, as well as far too many drug holidays with absolutely no medication. These are chronic illness musings.
